CNN Nancy Grace: Who murdered Harvard-educated law professor?

Markel was pulling into his garage and talking on his cell phone when he was shot, according to ABC News.  Emergency responders rushed Markel to a nearby hospital. The father of two was pronounced dead about 14 hours later, according to friend and neighbor Reggie Garcia.
